[Seoultech News] Final uation workshop of the 5th term students of the Global Railway Program

The 5th term students participated in a three-day final uation workshop on Jeju Island from June 7 to 9.

In addition to 26 trainees, this workshop was attended by Professor Cho Kuk-hwan, Professor Kwon Young-guk, and Professor Koo Jeong-seo, who were in charge of the program, as well as Korean students who participated in the training course.

After the end of the spring semester, a questionnaire survey was conducted on the overall training process in advance, and a final uation seminar was held d on the survey results.

Supervised by the head Professor Cho Kuk-hwan, we had time to share and discuss the overall contents of the training program, such as the operation of the training course, class composition, and life in Korea, with the trainees.

By honestly sharing the opinions of the trainees on the one-year training course, it was possible to identify what to maintain and what to improve when operating the training course.

In addition, there was a time to present the cases of overseas projects by country by Indonesian and Tanzania trainees through PPT.

Through this, it was time to understand the railway status of other countries and the general contents of the railway sector.

Afterwards, the students had free time while enjoying the special natural scenery unique to Jeju Island, such as Eco Land, Seongsan Ilchulbong Peak, Thema Park, and Hallim Park. Also, through the exchange time between trainees and professors, the course of the global railroad training course was completed.
